We will walk the path of our female ancestors, honoring them. And ourselves. Shin will guide us, as she always so gently and beautifully does.
The meeting point is in Hundvåg, at Humlefabrikken at 17:30 on Saturday, 23.08. You may drive there, or take bus nr. 1, or ride a bike. Please follow the weather forecast and make sure you bring appropriate and comfortable outdoors clothing and necessary liquids. A small picnic will be offered and you are all welcome to bring along a snack to share. We will finish with tea, in silence, in gratitude for all that we have been, all that we are, and all that we will become.
You may wish to take along with you a pencil, a notepad, a small basket to collect treasures and capture fleeting thoughts.

This poem, I Have Been a Thousand Different Women by Emory Hall offers a reminder:
Make peace
with all the women
you once were.
Lay flowers
at their feet.
Offer them incense
and honey
and forgiveness.
Honor them
and give them your silence.
Listen.
Bless them
and let them be.
For they are the bones
of the temple
you sit in now.
For they are
the rivers
of wisdom
leading you toward
the sea.
