Refund policy

This is how to return or exchange in-hand items (in short)

  • The request for refund, exchange or credit note must be sent within 14 days for sale items, and within 24 hours for rentals
  • Online or as print-out, fill in the right of cancellation form (remember to include your order number and let us know in comments if you would prefer an exchange or credit note instead of the default refund) and send it to us by email at hello@webloom.no
  • Pack the item securely and send it to Bloom Concept Store, Pedersgata 44, 4013 Stavanger
  • Unless requested otherwise, we will return the money to your account within 14 days of having received the item(s)
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping cost for the returned item(s)

You may exchange the items you purchased from us at any time, except for items that were purchased on sale. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for undergarments, menstrual cups or menstrual discs. For rental items, a fee of 100NOK applies when cancellation happens within 7 days of the start of the rental period. Additional fees apply for late returns of rental items and damages to rental items as per our Terms of Service.

You cannot cancel a purchase by refusing to accept the package we sent to you, unless you have given us prior notice.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 24 hours after the order has been made. In addition our Terms of Service also apply here for defects and other complaints relating to the items received from us. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the package unless you have given us prior notice.

 

RETURNS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It is very important for us that you are satisfied with the items you purchase from our shop. If for any reason products do not live up to your standards, please feel free to return or exchange the unused product as described below. You may exchange the items you purchased from us at any time, unless they have been used, washed, have been purchased on sale, are not in their original condition with all tags attached, or are undergarments, menstrual cups or menstrual discs (for hygiene reasons).

Store Items
For store items, our return policy lasts 14 days. These days start counting from the time of purchase or the time the last product in the order is received, whichever comes later. If the 14-day deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a "red day" (public holiday), the deadline is then extended to the nearest working day. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

The withdrawal period is deemed to have been met if notification is sent before the end of the 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. During the withdrawal period, please treat the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to keep the product.

Before you return the product, and to keep up informed that the product is on its way to us, please send us an email at hello@webloom.no, with your order number included.

Rental Items
For rental items, a request to cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible to us by email at hello@webloom.no with your order number. There are no cancellation fees when cancelling a booking more than 14 days prior to the start of the rental period. If you are canceling within 7 days of the start of the rental period, a 100NOK fee will be applied. Once the item has been dispatched from us, a refund request must be submitted  to us by email or via our webpage instead of a request for cancellation and the 100NOK fee will apply.

All items returned due to incorrect sizing have to be sent back to us within twenty-four (24) hours of item receipt. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to keep the ordered size. The request to change must be submitted immediately after through our website or by email at hello@webloom.no. Requests for exchange or replacement will not be considered when submitted after the 24 hours grace period. Once the item has been returned to us, you may book a new item that will be shipped as a replacement for the item that did not fit correctly.

Additional penalty fees apply for rental items returned late, not at all, or damaged, as described under Terms of Service (e.g., Section 6 and Section 20)

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. In case the item is a rental item, a fee of 100NOK may be charged if request for refund was sent within the 7 days prior to the start of the rental period originally contracted. 

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless specifically indicated otherwise.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost from us to you will be refunded when all items of the order are returned. If for example only one item of a 3-item order is returned for refund we will only refund the price of the particular product and not the shipping costs.

We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
