Shipping policy

We pack and send with love for our products and care for our customers.

Picking up in our shop is free. You may drop by anytime during opening hours or arrange with us by email (hello@webloom.no) for a different time.

If you opt for having your package sent, know that we use Posten for packages up to 5kg as well as for larger packages. Either service (within Norway) will cost 61NOK, tracked, with expected delivery time 2-5 working days. In case of rentals, we will assess the urgency of the rental against your location and may conclude to use HeltHjem rather than Posten - please note that you will not be charged extra under either scenario. Packages delivered to the door can also be ordered for a higher fee and they will be sent mainly with Bring.

Keep in mind that we do not have any control over shipping times aside from our best estimates. The shipping estimates above do not apply to international shipping which can vary between 10 days and a month, depending on service selected and on order location.

If you make more than one online purchase throughout the day and your package has not already been sent, just select "pick-up" and let us know in the comments field that you would like to collate shipping. Make sure to specifically indicate the order number you wish to add the new items to.

We do our best to send your purchase by the day after, but if it gets busy around here we may get a bit delayed. You can expect to be kept in the loop.
