Cambridge Imprint is a small Cambridge-based business that designs and prints patterned paper known for vivid colors, joyful hand-drawn illustration and typography, and careful attention to detail. Nearly everything is made in England: the papers are litho-printed in Bethnal Green by a long-standing printers’ cooperative, using matte uncoated stock and hand-mixed vegetable oil-based inks. They then work with small, highly skilled English makers (box-makers, bookbinders, potteries and textile printers) to turn their patterns into durable, beautiful, useful pieces.
