Matthew's journey into furniture-making has been filled with beautiful people, coincidences, generosity and favor. Connect with him over a cup of tea at Kongsgata 34 in Stavanger. In 2016, Matthew was offered the workshop at Kongsgata 34 to begin a new chapter in his career, and he has enjoyed making finely crafted furniture there ever since. He feels continually amazed by the beauty and richness to be found in wood, and feels privileged to have a job where he is constantly developing and honing his skills as craftsman and designer.
