Apartamento Cookbook #10: Aphrodisiacs marks the tenth anniversary of Apartamento’s annual cookbook series. The series began with Cakes and Desserts and continued through titles like Winter Soups and Sandwiches!.

Cookbook #10 gathers 16 recipes from lovers, ex-lovers and food lovers around the world. It ranges across the obscure, the historical, the deeply personal and the brand new in the world of aphrodisiacs, and deliberately steers clear of the predictable chocolate-and-oyster clichés. Contributors include Alessandro Giannatempo, Anna Archibald & Kevin Serai, Chuck Cruz & Hailee Catalano, Don Cabbage, Flora Manson, Gloria Kabe, Helena Fradera, Jamie Lee, Kitty Coles, Lila Steinkampf and Mehreen Karim, among others.

The drawings are by Russian artist and illustrator Sainte Maria, in black and white. The tone is romantic and playful, and the book invites readers to indulge their appetites, make a mess in the kitchen, and want more without apology.

It’s a slim 40-page hardcover with a dust jacket, released in October 2025. As with earlier volumes, a share of profits goes to charity: 20% goes to American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA), which supports underserved communities and refugees in Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan.
