Sanne Hop, the creator, founder, and shopkeeper of Hop Atelier, manages a magical home and makers collective in Amsterdam, NL. There are many a direct flights from Norwegian cities to Amsterdam, so when you find yourself in this multifaceted European capital, make time to stop by Sanne's shop at Fokke Simonszstraat 10. Sanne's everyday is an ode to her grandmother, her grandfather and her parents, who were all retailers back in their time, running their small shops with full commitment.

The arch candles are made of pure beeswax. The colors come from pieces of wax crayons (remember those Stockmar wax crayons that Små Spor sell or the Copito wax crayons we used to sell?) that Sanne combines just right to make any color on the palette come through. The burn-time for the big arches is 32 hours (5 evenings), while for the small arches it is about 8-ish hours (4 dinnertimes). As with our other beeswax candles, we strongly advise you to collect any leftover wax for arts and crafts.

These are in a light shade of cornflower blue. These shades are mixed by hand and depending on the batch, they may slightly differ from those in the images.
