Iris Hantverk was born in the 1900s in Stockholm as a small brush manufacturer. Now they are 17 employees and the owners, Sara and Richard, are continuing the tradition. Their core remains the brush binding manufacturing at Sandsborgsvägen, Enskede – where 6 visually impaired

crafts-folk from different cultures make brushes according to an old Swedish tradition. They also work with visually impaired craftsmen in Estonia.

The bath brush with knob in oil treated maple, birch and horse hair is easy to hold between your index and middle fingers to, along with your favorite soap, 

give a soft and comfortable lather for a perfect cleaning. Horse hair is an excellent material in bathing brushes because it is soft and pliable while it is sturdy and durable and has a certain elasticity.
