We have been using these small rulers with our kids and for measuring small tasks. They are long enough to measure the height of the Grimms friends that Små Spor lovingly carries and learn about the concept in the process, but also about math and numbers and the applicability of all that.

The ruler is made of brass and measures up to 15 cm. It is convenient to take along on travels or small trips. In addition to the metric scale, it also features inches. There is a hole for hanging on your pegboard or tying a ribbon/cord for carrying. It is perfectly portable and works great as a bookmark in any notebook, lab journal, or field guide. The reverse side is blank so you can add any notes you need to recall often or stamp your name into it. The brass is thick enough not to bend, which gives the ruler a nice weight that you'll appreciate.
