Dragon blood is a resin which has been used since ancient times as a medicine, incense, and dye also for rituals. Traditionally it has been used as a "wash" to promote healing of wounds and to stop bleeding, but also to treat chest pains, internal traumas and menstrual irregularities. It has also an antiviral property and is good for the respiratory system.

White sage is one of the most powerful cleansers for people, spaces and objects. It creates awareness and holds antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. Traditionally, white sage is used by North American indigenous for their rituals and medicines.

The smoke from this smudge is used to bless, protect, cleanse and heal.
