Iris Hantverk was born in the 1900s in Stockholm as a small brush manufacturer. Now they are 17 employees and the owners, Sara and Richard, are continuing the tradition. Their core remains the brush binding manufacturing at Sandsborgsvägen, Enskede – where 6 visually impaired crafts-folk from different cultures make brushes according to an old Swedish tradition. They also work with visually impaired craftsmen in Estonia.
This dry face brush is made of oil-treated oak and goat hair. Use the brush dry on a clean dry face. Do not use the brush wet. It effectively removes dead skin cells and give the skin a restart. Massage with circular motions for 5 minutes once or twice a week, avoiding the eye and mouth areas.
measures: 17.5 x 4.5 x 3 cm
care: to clean your brush, sprinkle corn-starch on the bristles once a week and massage gently into the brush with your fingers, then shake it all out. It will absorb and remove any excessive oil and dirt. Iris Hantverk show you how in their supportive video.
