Iris Hantverk was born in the 1900s in Stockholm as a small brush manufacturer. Now they are 17 employees and the owners, Sara and Richard, are continuing the tradition. Their core remains the brush binding manufacturing at Sandsborgsvägen, Enskede – where 6 visually impaired crafts-folk from different cultures make brushes according to an old Swedish tradition. They also work with visually impaired craftsmen in Estonia.

This is a long-handle dust brush in oiled beech and goat hair. The brush is soft and the material binds the dust so that it does not swirl around. The goat hair does not become static so it is an excellent brush to use for cleaning electronics and computer screens. The long handle also means that you can reach slightly more inaccessible surfaces. The brush works great to hang on a knob rack!

care: for your brush by running your hand over it and shaking it out or by vacuuming it carefully. OBS! Goat hair should not be wet because then it will tangle and lose its good properties.
