grayscale loose leaf black tea

This tea is a refreshing take on Earl Grey. It is a blend of whole leaf Assam tea with pure bergamot and lemon oil, accented with blue cornflower. Brew it hot or cold!!! This is a herbal tea that is fragrant, citrusy and sunny.

single origin: Amber Assam | Upper Assam, India | Chota Tingrai Estate. Whole leaf black tea sourced from a  women-run tea estate that prioritizes sustainable growing methods and the welfare of the local tea growing communities.

hot brew: 1g or one tablespoon of loose tea leaves to 230 ml water at a temperature of 90-95 degrees C for 3-4 minutes. You may use a metal tea infuser, a strainer, or a french press.

cold brew: 12g of loose tea leaves to one liter of tap water (or perhaps a bit less) and leave overnight in the fridge for 8 - 12 hours. You may experiment with times to see what works best for you in terms of flavor intensity.
