organic kombucha - clementine leaves

We travelled to Paris and enjoyed the Archipel kombuchas at a variety of specialty restaurants. It was incredible and, quite simply put, I could not get enough of it. I told my partner that it would be such a dream to be able to bring it to Stavanger. So we made it happen and what a joy it is to be able to satisfy these cravings and compose a selection of delights from around the world right here in our city.

Smooth and fresh, this organic clementine leaf kombucha (330 ml) offers a citrus note that blends perfectly with the acidity of the fermented drink. You may expect delicious and sweet orange blossom aromas. This is the result of a long collaboration between French kombucha producer Archipel and small producers to showcase their leaves (rather than only their fruit), in this case Jean-Do Valentini in Corsica, and express their unique character through fermentation. This in itself is innovative because farmers are now able to make use of and create value from plant trimmings that would otherwise be wasted.
