We travelled to Paris and enjoyed the Archipel kombuchas at a variety of specialty restaurants. It was incredible and, quite simply put, I could not get enough of it. I told my partner that it would be such a dream to be able to bring it to Stavanger. So we made it happen and what a joy it is to be able to satisfy these cravings and compose a selection of delights from around the world right here in our city.

Smooth and fresh, this organic fig leaf kombucha (330 ml) is rich and has a lingering taste. The exotic notes of the fig leaf infusion complement the kombucha's delicate acidity for a surprisingly refreshing and thirst-quenching beverage. It's truly amazing and the best I've personally ever tasted. Archipel are committed to supporting local fig growers in France. The fig leaves come from the Drôme region and the town of Mirmande, where the Astier family cultivates a fig orchard. For the past four years, they have been using their leaves, harvesting them annually a few days before the fruit. This in itself is innovative because farmers are now able to make use of and create value from plant trimmings that would otherwise be wasted.
