Iris Hantverk was born in the 1900s in Stockholm as a small brush manufacturer. Now they are 17 employees and the owners, Sara and Richard, are continuing the tradition. Their core remains the brush binding manufacturing at Sandsborgsvägen, Enskede – where 6 visually impaired crafts-folk from different cultures make brushes according to an old Swedish tradition. They also work with visually impaired craftsmen in Estonia.

The pan brush in birch/maple and union tampico bristle mix is suitable for tougher cleaning such as pans and pots, but can also be used as a scrub brush for various cleaning tasks. The union fiber mixture is strong and water resistant. Due to the very clean cut and fun knob at the top of the brush, it can easily be held and handled.
