The founder of L'Envers, Julie, is a French mompreneur in her 40's. After living in Paris, London and Madrid she moved together with her husband and 3 kids to a Spanish mountain village to disconnect from the big city life and get closer to nature, and to lead a slower, more intentional lifestyle. Julie created L'Envers in 2015 and ever since, their goal has been to design fewer pieces made in a better, slower way. They believe quality is an investment in the future and that clothing ought to be made in a mindful, careful way and for slow consumption. Each piece is knitted and sewn in small family workshops in Spain, close to where they live. The garments are made of pure raw materials that are selected carefully from French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian spinning mills.

The Agathe is a long knit coat with the soul of a sweater. The Agathe jacket brings the warmth of thick merino wool with the elegance of a tailored silhouette. It features a beautifully textured stitch, a rounded neckline, full-length sleeves, deep side pockets, and a long line that flatters all shapes. L'Envers offer a plethora of advice on how to care for your garments. made to order: please expect lead time on your order to be between 6 and 12 weeks. These pieces are all made to order and perhaps other lovely souls in other parts of the world will also be placing orders, with love and patience. This is Slow Fashion!
