Loré is a visual artist living with her husband and three daughters in the northern woods of Vermont, USA, tucked between a mountain and a river in what they fondly call Cold Hollow. For her illustrations, she draws inspiration from the magic of childhood, the natural world, and the wonder of everyday parenting: "It always amazes me how a bit of yarn, a stick, and an open place to move is all you need to activate the magic of imagination." Currently, she is working on her own book of children’s illustrations.

The Year of Milk and Honey 2025 Calendar features 12 art prints, reproduced after the original gouache paintings, each 25.4 cm x 33 cm, printed in the USA on 100g watercolor texture cover with smooth, heavy matte interior pages. Drilling is omitted, so images are unmarked. Titles included are: Winter Song, Quill and Parchment, First of the Lambs, Nettle Tea, Bluebird, Welcoming in Summer, Midsummer's Eve, Seabird, September's Flush, Early Risers, The Shepherd's Hut, Christmas at Orchard House.
