Vibeke and Line wrote and documented this book in both words and imagery. It is written as a guidebook for families going on hikes and short trips together in the Rogaland region of Norway. Each of the 32 trips includes distance from Stavanger (largest city in Rogaland), difficulty level, walking time and distance, facilities along the way, and some fun tips for entertaining the littles. The authors have also included a few easy recipes for food to make and enjoy on the trip, such as "pinnebrød" or "bread on a stick".
