tall pistachio green ceramic cup 240 ml

Alexandra and Florin, the couple behind POEMI, are passionate self-taught ceramic artists who began their clay journey in 2016 in Sibiu, Romania. With no prior experience, they dedicated themselves to mastering the art of pottery. They started with a small kiln that they keep to this day as a reminder of their humble beginnings, and since have designed custom tableware for restaurants around the world while promoting sustainable and durable ceramics for daily use. Inspired by childhood memories and the beauty of everyday life, their POEMI collections tell unique stories of connection around shared meals: "The plaster on the walls of the house, the passing of seasons which puts its mark on all and everything, the table with the three-legged chairs we used to eat at, the wooden tray where the bread was kneaded."

Handcrafted from speckled beige stoneware, this cup is made for the slow moments of the day, whether that’s a filter coffee, a latte, a cup of tea or simply a glass of water. Its matte pistachio green glaze comes alive in the kiln, shifting from soft green with hints of yellow to deeper tones touched with brown, so every piece carries its own quiet story of the fire. With its simple form and rich, tactile texture, it celebrates the beauty of handmade craft and turns everyday rituals into something especially enjoyable.
