Loré is a visual artist living with her husband and three daughters in the northern woods of Vermont, USA, tucked between a mountain and a river in what they fondly call Cold Hollow. For her illustrations, she draws inspiration from the magic of childhood, the natural world, and the wonder of everyday parenting: "It always amazes me how a bit of yarn, a stick, and an open place to move is all you need to activate the magic of imagination." Currently, she is working on her own book of children’s illustrations.
Under the Same Moon print is a 25x20cm reproduction of the original gouache painting, printed with archival inks on cold-pressed watercolor paper to create a museum-quality print, resistant to fading and yellowing. Mothering is always different and sleepless nights are common. Some moonlit nights, though, can truly shine while you cradle your baby and sway back and forth with a lullaby whispered.
