What are your family's traditions? In Romania, we color eggs. Our great-grandparents and grandparents, too, used to make due with what was found around the household. Today, we revive this craft and use onion leaves for browns and reds, red cabbage for blues, avocado pits for pinks, turmeric for yellows, grape juice or blueberries for purples, coffee for browns, black tea for grays, and more. What matters most, though, is the togetherness!
